Theme

The Church That Is Persuaded That Nothing Will Separate Us From The Love of God. 

Scriptures: Romans 4:2; 8:38-39.

Romans 4:2, KJV, 21 And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform. 

Romans 8:38-39, KJV. 38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Our theme this year will motivate us to operate and minister with a spirit of faith. We are persuaded that nothing will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus. Each month, we will focus on a different area in our church and community where we must be persuaded that we will continue to be faithful and committed to the Lord. The areas listed below for each month will be addressed

 For 172 years, Greater Liberty Baptist Church has been a witness in the city of New Orleans for our community and the world. This Strategic Plan document captures the Strategic Vision, Goals, and Objectives of our church along with the Strategies to achieve them. This plan will be used to guide and focus our project planning activities. 

 Greater Liberty Baptist Church mission is to obey the Great Commission found in Matthew 28:18-20 by evangelizing the lost, exalting the Savior, equipping the saints, and engaging our members to meet the needs of mankind. We enter to worship, and we depart to serve. 

Our vision is to is to make disciples so that they will make other disciples in their homes, churches, and communities. Therefore, our churches will go, grow, gather, and glow in the power and spirit of God.
