A Church With A Heart For Missions and The Resources To Get It Done
In 2012, God blessed our church to reach souls for the kingdom of God in spite the economic, health, and family challenges. So many lives were changed by the power of God. We will start this year off with prayer, revival and an informative workshop for all of our leaders. Our theme this year is "A church with a heart For Missions and the Resources to Get it Done." Scriptures are Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 1;8; Matthew 25:31-43. Our leaders and members will rededicate our lives to God as we prepare for an awesome year. Our prayer for the year is found in 2 John and verse 2, "Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth." Every Sunday and during the week, we will enter to worship and depart to serve.
This year, our mind set has not changed. Whatever obstacles we have to face, we will have the attitude and attributes of a winner. Winners never quit and quitters never win. In 2012, we believe that God will bless us to win souls and disciple them in the Word of God. Our ministries will be engaged in adopting a mission project and working in it all year to see how God can use us to change our city to His glory. We will continue to grow in the areas of leadership, stewardship, missions, worship, evangelism, discipleship, and fellowship. These seven areas are vital to the success of our church, city, state, and nation. God did it in 2012 and we are ready for 2012 to become the church with a heart for missions and the resources to get it done.
